Join the Burmese Cat Society

It is vitally important for the future of the breed that our membership is as large and wide ranging as possible.

To this end we have now removed the need to pay a joining fee when applying for membership- and if you join now there will be no more fees to pay till January 2011!

The current membership fee is only £10 a year for a single membership and £15 for a joint membership. The Committee of the BCS send representatives to the breed advisory committee which is vital for the preservation of the breed. We also maintain a very active rescue and rehoming service for any Burmese that get into difficulties or need a change of home. We have an annual championship show with preferential entry fees for membership and membership also means you can use the on-line kitten and stud lists. We also send out a news letter called "Catalyst"- a very entertaining read!

So please join the club and help us preserve this fantastic and unique breed of cat.
